Can I come and view the nursery?
Yes, we have an open-door policy which means you are more than welcome to book in a viewing or turn up without a booking. During training sessions, our Manager might not be available – however we always have a member of Staff who can assist you.
What hours does the nursery open?
Amazing Footprints Nursery is open from 7.30am to 18.30pm Monday to Friday.
Is the nursery open on Bank Holidays?
The nursery is closed during all Bank Holidays.
Are you open over Christmas?
The Nursery closes at 12.30pm every Christmas Eve and reopens on January 2nd.
How are fees paid and when is it due?
We ask parents to pay their fees monthly via standing order. We also accept payment via internet banking and a variety of childcare vouchers.
If you are wanting to pay with childcare vouchers, you will need to speak to us first as we need to make sure that the vouchers are accepted.
All fees are due by the 25th of the preceding month.
What is provided in the cost?
Full care from 7.30am to 18.30pm (depending on the sessions you have booked)
Are any fees required up front?
Whilst there are no up-front fees required to secure a place we do ask that fees are paid in advance and a refundable deposit will be required. Further details are on the Fee page
Do you offer any discount for siblings?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount on the extra sibling/s.
Can I change my days of attendance?
We are here to help, so as long as we have space to move your days based on our number of places, then we will do what we can to accommodate, although we cannot guarantee this will always happen.
Are your staff qualified?
We work within the strict guidelines set by Ofsted regarding the qualifications of our team and we will provide on-going training opportunities to ensure that we are able to provide the best standard of care available.
Do you check your staff’s details?
Yes, we do. We ask for references and everyone must have an "enhanced" clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service (D.B.S Formally known as the CRB checks)
